Local History Group May Meeting

This month the Group had a walk around the historic sites of Southam on a perfect summer’s evening. The walk was researched and led by Mike Johnson (pictured - enjoying the late evening sun) who was thanked at the end of the walk when everyone had retired to an historic hostelry.

The AGM will be held on June 25th at 7.30pm in the village hall and the evening will include a talk by Trish Shorey on (her) Family History. All members are encouraged to attend so that they can input to the future programme of the Group, such as what types of talks would they be most interested in having. Free entry and free glass of wine to attendees (non-members also welcome).
